Unwind in the beautifully designed lounge area, complete with plush sofas, wine fridges and a bar area — perfect for relaxed evenings and indulgent stays.

The beautiful sofa flows effortlessly into a restful sofa bed for additional guests, with the added bonus of an ensuite guest shower room discreetly situated within the lounge area.

For guests looking to gather with friends or family, the Balmoral Suite is available to interconnect with the Crathes Superior Room from the lounge, to create an exceptional shared space for entertaining.

Choose from our Cluny or Fasque Junior Suites where beautifully designed open-plan rooms combine with generous living space, thoughtfully designed to feel both spacious and intimate.  

Patio doors open out to a private courtyard, complete with outdoor table and chairs – the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind in the evening sun.

Relax on the chaise longue or sofa which flows effortlessly into a restful sofa bed for additional guests if required, making these suites ideal for families.

Indulge in a rainfall shower or step into a separate bathtub where gorgeous Elemis products are included as standard.

Our Junior Suites are air-conditioned for supreme comfort.

Choose either the Fyvie or Dunnottar Suites, both designed for comfort and relaxation, with stylish interiors, generous space, and a separate lounge area for unwinding.

Step onto underfloor heating and then sink into a luxurious bath or refresh beneath the rainfall shower, with indulgent ELEMIS amenities included as standard.

These generous rooms have a beautiful seating area overlooking a tranquil garden view.

Our Suites are air-conditioned for supreme comfort.

Looking for the perfect family getaway?  Children will love their own cabin beds complete with built-in TVs, or bunk beds, mini bathrobes and slippers just for them.

Meanwhile, parents can relax in stylish surroundings designed with comfort in mind.  A dressing table within an alcove by the window and seating area have views out to our serene south lawn.

These newly launched rooms enjoy the peace and quiet of the top floor and have either a separate bath and shower or rainfall shower.  Cots are also available for these rooms.

Our Superior Family Rooms are air-conditioned for supreme comfort.

Timeless elegance meets contemporary comfort in our beautifully elevated Superior rooms.  

Rich in character, each room features luxurious pillow-top beds, sumptuous bathrooms and carefully curated interiors designed to make every stay effortlessly relaxing.

All bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating and rooms have air conditioning as standard.  

Selected rooms have a beautiful sofa which flows effortlessly into a restful sofa bed for additional guests.  In other rooms, additional beds can be added.

There is also an adaptable room available for guests requiring more amenities.

Several of our Deluxe Rooms have recently been refurbished and all offer views across our estate.

Refurbished rooms are inspired by the calming tones of the Scottish landscape, layered with interiors of soft greens and warm blues.

Designed for ultimate relaxation, each room features a seating area at the window and a dressing table.

The king-sized bed can easily be converted into twin beds and additional beds can be added, making it suitable for families.
