The Marcliffe is looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our dishes meet the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation — helping us deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. Chef de Partie
Are you a talented chef with a passion for quality, creativity, and delivering 5-star cuisine? Join The Marcliffe as our Chef de Partie and play a key role in one of Scotland’s most prestigious hotel kitchens. You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team, preparing dishes for our fine dining restaurant, private events, and daily service — all to the highest standard. This role reports to the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
