Food and Beverage Manager
This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing our food and beverage operations across the estate. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each outlet delivers a consistently high standard of service, while creating memorable moments for our guests. From the finesse of fine dining to the relaxed charm of our new brasserie, you’ll bring vision, energy, and a hands-on approach to every aspect of the guest experience.

Brasserie Manager
You will oversee the effective operations of our new Brasserie, supporting the planning and preparation of the opening and launch. This is a hands-on leadership role where your passion for people, service and quality will shine through every guest interaction, ensuring the team deliver the highest standards of customer service, from brunch to lunch, dinner to evening cocktails.

Pastry Chef
Are you a passionate and creative pastry chef with a love for refined desserts and elegant presentation? Join Marcliffe as our Pastry Chef de Partie and bring your flair and expertise to one of Scotland’s most cherished five-star destinations. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef and wider culinary team to deliver exquisite breads, desserts, pastries, and afternoon teas. From intimate fine dining to large-scale events, your craft will delight our guests at every turn.

Sous Chef
Are you an experienced chef with a passion for fine dining, leadership, and creative flair? The Marcliffe is looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our dishes meet the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation — helping us deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious 5-star environment with an ambitious and supportive culinary team.

Chef de Partie
Are you a talented chef with a passion for quality, creativity, and delivering 5-star cuisine? Join The Marcliffe as our Chef de Partie and play a key role in one of Scotland’s most prestigious hotel kitchens. You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team, preparing dishes for our fine dining restaurant, private events, and daily service — all to the highest standard. This role reports to the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
