Christmas Eve

Arrive and settle into the warmth of Marcliffe, where your festive escape begins with a specially curated Winter Afternoon Tea. Created by our talented pastry team and served in the elegant Drawing Room, it’s the perfect way to ease into your stay. Afterwards, retreat to your room to relax before enjoying a beautifully prepared three-course dinner in the Conservatory Restaurant offering a refined start to your Christmas.

Christmas Day

Wake to a leisurely full Scottish breakfast, accompanied by a glass of fizz - the perfect beginning to Christmas morning as you exchange gifts and spend time with loved ones. Later, savour a memorable Christmas Day dining experience in one of our dining spaces. As evening falls, return to the Drawing Room to unwind with a selection of savoury bites in a cosy, celebratory setting.

Boxing Day

Extend your festive escape with an additional night of indulgence. After a relaxed breakfast, we’ll transport you to His Majesty’s Theatre to enjoy Goldilocks and the Three Bears pantomime. Return to Marcliffe for dinner in The Conservatory Restaurant, before a restful night and a final full Scottish breakfast prior to departure.

Children will love their own cabin beds complete with built-in TVs or cosy bunk beds, mini bathrobes and slippers just for them.  Meanwhile, parents can relax in stylish surroundings designed with comfort in mind.  

Head down to our Skylark Brasserie where children can tuck into a complimentary dinner as well as free breakfast the next morning in The Conservatory. A full breakfast for adults is also included as part of the stay.

Before bed, little ones can tuck into our special tray of cookies and milk whilst snuggling up with their very own Marcliffe soft duck toy, theirs to sleep with and take home as a treasured reminder of their stay.
