This summer, step into Skylark Brasserie and be transported to Santorini for the afternoon.
Think bright citrus, fresh flavours, and dishes made to be passed around the table, even if you’ll be tempted to keep them to yourself.
From whipped feta drizzled with honey and soft grilled flatbreads, to creamy hummus, lamb kofta skewers and crispy calamari with lemon aioli, it’s a feast designed to be savoured slowly.
Beneath the glass dome, flooded with natural light, you’ll be welcomed with a chilled Bellini to start things off just right.
For the main course, Santorini lemon chicken arrives fragrant and golden, served with crushed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, alongside spritzes of Aperol, grapefruit and prosecco.
And just when you think it couldn’t get better, dessert appears... lemon posset, silky, sharp and sweet, served with buttery shortbread, fresh raspberries and mint, paired with a chilled limoncello cocktail.
All the while, Voyage bring ABBA’s unmistakable soundtrack to life, including your favourites like Mamma Mia. It's the kind of music that fills the space, lifts the mood, and before long, has the whole room smiling, singing, and maybe even dancing...
