Membership validity
The Ambassador Club membership is valid for 12 months from December 2025.
Named member only
The Ambassador card is non-transferable and valid only for the individual whose name appears on the card. Proof of identity may be required upon use.
Booking requirement
Complimentary room hire and bottle of fizz must be booked at least one month in advance. Offer is limited to one room hire per month and is subject to availability.
Misuse of club membership
Any misuse of the membership, including but not limited to sharing benefits with non-members, falsifying identity, or breaching venue policies, may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all associated benefits.
Lost or stolen cards
Lost or stolen Ambassador Club membership cards must be reported immediately by calling 01224 861000.
Right to amend or withdraw
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any benefit or the entire membership offer at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
Privacy and data
Marcliffe will collect and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By joining, members consent to receiving Ambassador Club communications and reserve the right to opt out at any time.
