FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
48 Hours per week, responsible for Reception and Portering Departments
Salary £25k per annum

RECRUITING CHEFS
We currently have vacancies for the following staff in our busy 5 star kitchen.

CHEF DE PARTIE
£24 - £26k depending on experience

DEMI-CHEF
£20 - £22k depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and enthusiastic chefs to join our experienced team and contribute to our continuing culinary success.

You will be required to work 4 days from 7 on a rota basis, 48 hours per week, 24 days holiday per annum. Uniforms will be supplied and laundered.

SOMMELIER/WINE STEWARD

We list over 300 wines on our list and are looking for a suitable person to assist in our Restaurant and Private Dining

£10-£12 per hour depending on experience

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
To assist in all aspects of the Hotel, Restaurant, Private Dining, Banqueting
£25k to £30k depending on experience.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANTS
We are currently looking for housekeeping staff who will be able to undertake a wide range of duties to include; servicing of bedrooms and public areas to 5 star standards which includes minor maintenance, carry out periodic cleaning with the use of large scale cleaning equipment.

Training will be given in all areas but previous experience in cleaning and maintenance would be preferred.

Working on a rota/shift basis 5/6 days from 7

Excellent wages negotiable depending on experience.
